Experience
My first job as a professional Baker was in 1985 at The Uppercrust Bakery. I moved on to become the Head Pastry Chef at Emiliano’s Bakery and Cafe, where I discovered my love for making wedding cakes! Next I was the Pastry Chef at Casa Palermo Restaurant. For the past 20 years, I’ve been the Pastry Chef at Leonardo’s 706. In the Spring of 2018, I decided to devote my time to my passion… and Wedding Cakes by Eileen is the culmination of all my years of experience!

About Me
My husband and I have been together since 1983 (and yes, I made my own wedding cake). We have one child. When I’m not baking for my family, friends, or clients I can be found volunteering during the school year at Hidden Oak Elementary School. I also volunteer year round at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens. I sing soprano with Voices Rising Community Chorus. I believe in staying active and giving back to my community.
